Attending the University of Arizona

After graduating from high school, Matthew decided to pursue a degree in Real Estate Development at the University of Arizona. His passion for the industry and desire to deepen his understanding of the field drove this decision.

Becoming a Sales and Operations Manager at HerzMat Realty

After his successful internship, Matthew joined HerzMat Realty, a well-known real estate firm, as a Sales and Operations Manager. In this role, he oversaw the company’s day-to-day operations and led the sales team.
